How long will a grooming appointment take?

Approximately an hour to two hours.

Do you need access to my water or electricity?

We do have a 60 gallon tank that normally would last the whole day and our own solar powered electricity but depending on the time of day there may be a time where we might need your water, but not always.

Question 3

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for a 48 hour notice for cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours from your appointment day that would be considered a same day cancellation and you will be charged 50%.

Do you service apartment complexes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as there is somewhere safe to park, you would also need to bring the dog down to us.

Question 5

Do you offer latch-key services if im not home?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however we ask that you be there for your first ever appointment so your dog can get familiar with us for their comfort.

Question 6

Do you give pets treats during grooming?

Accepted Answer

Yes! we use 100% freeze dried beef. If you don't want us to give your pet these treats please let us know.

Do you treat flea and tick infestations?

Accepted Answer

No we do not.
